Meet Dancing with the Stars season 33 Celebrity Cast and Pro Partners!
Good Morning America revealed the Dancing with the Stars season 33 celebrity lineup and their professional partners on Wednesday, Sept. 4. Co-hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, the long-running series returns Tuesday, September 17 (8:00–10:00 p.m. EDT), simulcast live on ABC and Disney+, with episodes available the next day on Hulu. Below is the announced cast, partner pairings, and notes about highlights to watch for this season.
Casting notes
This season’s roster mixes familiar faces from television and sports with a few unexpected names. Among the more talked-about additions is Anna Delvey (Anna Sorokin), who has been widely covered in the press for her criminal convictions. Also joining the cast is Stephen Nedoroscik, a gymnast best known for his expertise on the pommel horse and his contributions to U.S. men’s gymnastics on the international stage.
Other notable celebrities include veteran actor Eric Roberts — brother of Julia Roberts and father of Emma Roberts — and TV personality Tori Spelling. Reality TV alumni are well represented: Joey Graziadei (The Bachelor season 28) and Jenn Tran (the most recent Bachelorette) are both part of the lineup, creating a reality-TV throughline that may play out on the dance floor.
A pro promoted, another returns
On the professional corps, Ezra Sosa has been promoted from the dance troupe to a full pro partner. Witney Carson returns to the ballroom this season after time away raising her family. The judging panel remains steady with Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough all back in their chairs to evaluate the performances.
