American Idol 2023 Top 3 Hometown Visits Schedule, Winners Singles Preview
The American Idol 2023 season’s Top 3 finalists—Colin Stough, Iam Tongi and Megan Danielle—are each returning to their communities today for filmed hometown visits that will be included in the three-hour finale. Hometown visits are a long-standing Idol tradition: contestants are welcomed back with parades, school appearances, proclamations and free concerts where family, friends and fans celebrate their journey on the show. Each finalist will also perform an original single on the finale, songs they recorded last week and teased on social media this morning. The singles are scheduled for release on Friday, May 19.
The American Idol 2023 season 21 three-hour finale airs on ABC Sunday at 8pm ET / 5pm PT.

- 4:00 pm – Parade down Main Street
- 5:30 pm – Free concert at the Hatley football stadium
Colin’s new original single is titled “Still Talk to Jesus.” Local outlets reported on the town’s preparations for his return and the community turnout expected for the parade and concert. The school visit and stadium performance are typical elements of an Idol hometown appearance, giving students and longtime supporters a chance to meet the finalist up close.
