Last week’s Dancing with the Stars semi-final produced a surprise twist: all five remaining couples advanced to this week’s live finale. Each finalist will compete for the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy with two performances — a judge-assigned redemption dance and an open-format freestyle routine that showcases creativity and technical skill. The final scoreboard will combine judges’ scores from the finale with viewer votes (including votes carried over from last week) to determine the season 33 champion.
The season 33 finale airs TUESDAY, NOV. 26 (8:00–11:00 p.m. ET/PT, 7:00–10:00 p.m. CT). The episode will simulcast live across ABC and Disney+ in local time zones, with the full episode available the next day on Hulu. The three-hour broadcast promises special performances, returning champions, and highlights from the show’s professional dancers and choreographers.
The broadcast will open with a holiday-themed production number to “Holiday” by Madonna, choreographed by Ray Leeper. The DWTS LIVE 2025 Tour pros will present a routine to “Rush” by Troye Sivan, choreographed by Mandy Moore. In a special collaboration, Mark Ballas and Derek Hough will team up for a dramatic dance to “Libertango” by Tango Bardo. Returning season 32 champions Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy will also take the ballroom floor, performing to “Pink Pony Club” by Chappell Roan.
